You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breaching our Terms of Service.

You are therefore responsible for the content that you post or share through our service. Kimani is provided "as is" with no warranty and/or liability for any outcomes of using our service. Kimani is not responsible for any content shared on self-hosted instances, as outlined in our Acceptable Usage Policy.
As we keep improving our services, we may make changes to our Terms of Service in the future if needed. We will notify you of any changes made to our Privacy Policy by specifying the date.
